Also I use and like a competence motivation. It’s a great drive as for me. Unfortunately I know just a few bosses who don’t afraid to teach their employees.
But it exist categores of workers, which prefer above all money.For example, miners.. Will they work for two thousand plus deed? I dont believe...

But if we are speaking about mature womens,why not....
