and pay attention to 3 "whales" :) Mastery: Satisfaction with tasks & role, professional growth, team/individuals' education needs Autonomy: Freedom (to choose tools, recommend solutions, etc.) Purpose: Involvement, having bigger picture/roadmap, sense of belonging, etc. |
