So, Мотя, let's start with you :)

Usually we set "too" (in the meaning "тоже") to the end of the sentence, like: "I hope for it too !" , "They like the idea too", "not only Мотя, but dreamcatcher will join the discussion too"

Мотя, I'd be grateful for you feedback regarding my manner of correction. Is it suitable for you and others? Quite friendly, isn't it? :) If no, please let me know why and, maybe, suggest how it should be done in the future.

So, let’s return to motivation!:)
As I’ve said before, one of my favorite devices is recognition. Why am I like it?
1.People who feel appreciated have higher ability to contribute.
2.Thanks to recognition people feel some feedback from the bosses.
3. Appreciated people are more open.
4.Vanity is a widespread vice)))
5.Even wise people adore compliments.
Also I use and like a competence motivation. It’s a great drive as for me. Unfortunately I know just a few bosses who don’t afraid to teach their employees.

But it exist categores of workers, which prefer above all money.For example, miners.. Will they work for two thousand plus deed? I dont believe...

But if we are speaking about mature womens,why not....

И тут добавлю абсолютно для всех форумчан по-русски)))
Иногда диву даешься, вот как люди, говоря (общаясь каким-либо уровне) на разных языках понимают друг-друга!)))) Вот Мотя и так и так говорила, что английского не знает, а вот надавили немного на человека и настала пора внятно все объяснить - раз не понимаете по-русски и по-английски, получите итальянский и все стало более, чем ясно!)))):good:

Sergey, did you work in "Blinok"? I don't know the period you used to be an employee there, but I can say for sure that people were happy there during Konstantin was HR director there? unfortunately, other people cannot make the same!
You see, we are talking about the devices we use. Not about definite category of employyees.And I share your thoughts! There are a lot of people who work only for money, not just miners.

Did I work in Lugansk? Glory to God,I didnt.I was ten,when we made foots from small miners town,whicn located between Lugansk and Donetsk. I often went to Lugansk,Donetsk and other Donbasses cites to business trips. I have remembered Blinok,becouse it is really well-implented business idea...If it is more...

About category,,,For example,sales manager. This workers must work on result....People,who work on result,wont be satisfied deed instead of money

By the way.....Has starorusskie already surrendered?

Только вот на клаве набираю медленнее, чем на русском....:redface:
Да еще итальянская клавиатура у меня экранная, вечно путаюсь...думаю, что набираю на итальянском, получается, что кое-что набрала на английском, а в итальянском есть такие буквы, что нет в английском....Ну, как-то так....

А вообще, Вы, Успех, правы: когда люди захотят общаться, то они будут общаться даже не зная языка....жестами, губами, глазами, все равно что-то кто-то да поймет....;)

I wouldn't define that as "soft" motivation vs money. I agree that money is important, but you'll never retain great performers just by paying them more than your competitors. It is often necessary, but not enough. I agree with Uspeh, good professionals don't work just for money, what they want is satisfaction which means new challenges, recognition, personal values, etc. And our job as HR is to develop and impement retantion and motivation programs based on these needs.
A agree that sales people are often more focused on money than back-office. But for them money and deals are the indicators of their success as professionals. So, it might be not money itself what really motivates them.
