Almost all of us have monetary and non-monetary motivation programms in our companies. Let's talk a bit about non-monetary motivation:
- what do you use?
- is it effective?
- what are the pitfalls/difficulties you see on this way?
- how do you cope with difficulties in this area?

P.S.: BTW, will we correct each other in this topic? I mean grammar, set expressions usage, etc. In order to improve English. :)

About non-monetary motivation. I think it is more effective because I do believe that people don’t work better for bigger money.
The most pitfall is that non – monetary motivation is more expensive, as usual.:D
Recognition is the most broadcast device and I like to use it.
I am going to write more about it in the evening when I have more time.
And I think it a good idea to correct each other!;)

I'm sure, that nobody will be abused in this topic. It's suggested to make comments/corrections in friendly manner. Otherwise nobody will improve English. People should see what is correct and what's not correct and everybody understand, that we all learning in this topic, not mobbing :)
I hope those willing to improve language skills will be opened for critics in a polite form.
