About non-monetary motivation. I think it is more effective because I do believe that people don’t work better for bigger money.
The most pitfall is that non – monetary motivation is more expensive, as usual.
Recognition is the most broadcast device and I like to use it.
I am going to write more about it in the evening when I have more time.
And I think it a good idea to correct each other!
